Noida’s Aqua line operates from Noida & Greater Noida in the district of Gautam Buddh Nagar. This is the only metro in Delhi which is operated and managed by the Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC).

These are one of the fastest trains built with the speed of 80km/hour. It covers the entire distance of up to 29.7km per day and is built with a stainless steel body consisting of 19 rakes with 4 cars each, which is very light weighted.

AQUA LINE METRO ROUTES

Noida Metro rail corridor runs between Sector 51 located in Noida & Depot Station in Greater Noida consisting of 21 stations located which are working successfully. The journey takes upto around 45 minutes in total to cover the entire distance. 

A total of 15 metro stations are in Noida and the remaining 6 stations are located in Greater Noida.

BLUE LINE WALKWAY AQUA LINE

Noida Aqua Line in Sector 51 metro station serves as an interchange stop for the Delhi Metro. They both are connected through a 300m long walkway known as the Blue Line Walkway.

• The Blue Line-Aqua Line Metro Walkway is entirely covered to protect the travellers and  passengers during unfavourable or bad weather conditions.

• The Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC) provides free solar-powered e-rickshaw services on this stretch for passengers with health conditions to ease their  travel.

• The walkway stretch doesn’t allow two-wheelers, four-wheelers, or large commercial vehicles in order to protect the walking passengers from any kind of accident.

• The Blue Line-Aqua Line Metro walkway offers a cosy space for café or vendor zone, where small kiosks and cafes are erected.

 

NOIDA METRO TRAIN TIMING AND FREQUENCY

Trains on the Noida Aqua Line operate from 6:00 am and 10:45 pm between Monday and Saturday.

On Sunday, metro services start from 8:00 am. The frequency of Aqua Line Train is an average of seven minutes during peak hours and 10 minutes max during non-peak hours.
